The Sullivan South Area Community Chest (SSACC) community park, Southview Park, is located on 15 acres at 401 Rock Springs Road (behind Andover Condos). 

The park is used by the Colonial Heights Athletic Commission and the Optimist Club for baseball and football and for area baseball and softball tournaments.  Joggers and walkers use the perimeter of the ball fields for exercise.  The facilities include a concession stand, picnic shelter & community building.

Also, you will notice in the News section, that the SSACC is very pleased to have fully paid off our loan for Southview Park!

The community buildings are available for rental at very reasonable rates by calling 239-8577.  The ball fields are also available for rent.  The park is a valuable asset to the entire community, so please take advantage.

The Community Building can be used for:

• Family Reunions
• Wedding Receptions
• Church or Youth Events
• Civic Organization Meetings
• Cheerleading or Dance Lessons
• Many Other Activities, Just Call!
